Our team consists of highly trained experts from various fields all working together to make a meaningful impact in our community. Join us in mission to empower and uplift those who need us!
Mr. Eric Weary, Sr. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of NOLA Can Do Kids, Inc., a community driven, non-profit organization dedicated to assisting New Orleans underserved youth through elementary, high school, and college preparatory studies, home economic workshops, and sports development. His “WHY” is promising that one day he would be able to help the next youth in poverty to prosperity. My life goal is to make a lasting and positive contribution to this world by always listening, always learning and always helping to reach and inspire the lives of our youth in the community. I strongly believe in educating, mentoring, and empowering anyone who wants to learn. After years of having the goal of launching a non-profit organization benefiting his community, NOLA Can Do Kids, Inc., was founded in November of 2018. On July 11, 2019, the organization became a fully formed 501(c)(3) organization with great support from family and community.
Mrs. Shaune William is the executive secretary with a passion for purpose-driven work and organizational excellence. At the heart of a dynamic nonprofit, Shaune brings clarity, coordination, and care to every detail—supporting leadership, managing communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. With a background in creative strategy and a deep commitment to community impact, Shaune blends administrative precision with a warm, collaborative spirit. Whether drafting correspondence, organizing events, or streamlining internal processes, they approach each task with integrity and intention. Shaune thrives in environments where mission meets momentum—helping teams stay focused, informed, and inspired to make a difference.
